In September, we look at the importance of updating / modernizing our Retention Schedules.  Join us in October as we explore how to keep the Retention Schedule updated along with managing all those citations, as well as user access to the Retention Schedule locally or via your company intranet and much, much more.   ARMA Triangle is delighted to welcome Warren Bean and Rick Surber from Zasio.  For over three decades, Zasio has been at the forefront of records management and information governance.  Zasio provides agile, innovative technology solutions and consulting services to help businesses of all sizes build and maintain a successful Information Governance program.

About The Speakers:

Warren Bean, CRM, CISM - Warren is the Sr. Sales Engineer and Product Development Manager in our Software Division here at Zasio. Warren designs solutions for customers, guides the research and development of new products, supervises Zasio’s development team, and occasionally advises our consulting division on technical engagements.

Rick Surber, CRM, IGP – Rick is a Senior Analyst and Licensed Attorney at Zasio and co-manager of the Consulting Division. He also manages Zasio’s Legal Research Division. Rick has helps clients ease records and information management (RIM) pain points, focusing on RIM program enhancement/development. This includes policy work, like Records Retention Schedule (RRS) development, simplification, maintenance, and compliance. It also includes strategizing about RIM’s role in Information Governance (IG), and how to build cohesion between other IG stakeholders like Legal, Privacy, IT, and Risk/Compliance.
